“Letting Go of Unhealthy Expectations”

I love walking people through the creative process into a surprising new freedom! It's not as scary as you might imagine. :)

"Letting Go of Unhelpful Expectations" was a color workshop exploring parental/cultural expectations we'd like to shed. Through guided exercises with color and paint, some of that weight was expressed, dissolved and released. The non-verbal language of color helped say what needed to be said.

“Our inner selves can be reached through color, which goes beyond the words. There is transformation and healing through art-making. I feel more emotionally free from cultural and parental expectations than when I arrived.” - workshop participant
