Rise Strong

Coming back from the dead (figuratively) is no easy task – figuring out which way is up, finding the energy to head that way, realizing that life really could be possible. Those who help along the way are gifts of grace and hope, mediating God’s presence and breath of life into dry bones scattered in the desert who never thought they would live again (a story of renewal from the Hebrew scriptures*). It’s a momentum slow to build, but once begun, is as unstoppable as a sunrise.
